Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my store exceeds my plan's Auto-sync limit?
If you import more products than your plan's Auto-sync limit, only the products within the limit will auto-update. Extra products will remain active on your store, but their prices/stock levels will not sync. You can upgrade to a larger plan to keep all products synced.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription instantly by uninstalling the Spreadr app from your Shopify store.
