- Check Active Invoices: Because Shopify processes app billing, uninstalling the app stops future recurring charges instantly, but any outstanding charges accumulated in the current cycle will appear on your next Shopify invoice.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to uninstall the app and cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Shopify Admin console.
- In the bottom left corner, click on Settings.
- In the settings list, select Apps.
- Find Spreadr App in the apps list.
- Click Uninstall on the right side of the row.
- Select a cancellation reason if prompted, and click Uninstall to confirm removal.
Expected Result
- The Spreadr app is removed from your active apps list immediately.
- Your recurring billing subscription is immediately canceled.
- No further charges for Spreadr will be generated in your future Shopify invoices.
Tips
- Reinstalling Spreadr: If you decide to re-install Spreadr, your previously imported products will still link to Amazon and work correctly (your affiliate tags remain intact). You will need to select a plan and approve app settings again.

Important Notes
- Products are NOT deleted: Uninstalling the app will not delete your imported Amazon products from your Shopify catalog. Your product pages, images, and descriptions remain on your store.

- Auto-sync stops running: Since the app is uninstalled, automatic inventory updates and price auto-syncs will no longer run for your imported products.

No. If you reinstall the app in the future, your store configurations and tags will be preserved.
