How Pricing Works
- USD $1 = 200 Product Import Credits
- 1 Product Credit = 1 Successfully Imported Product
Credits are deducted only when a product is successfully imported.
Free Trial Credits
Every new account receives 10 free Product Import Credits to help you explore and test the import feature before purchasing additional credits.
Purchase Import Credits
Before importing products, you'll need to purchase Product Import Credits from within the app.
- Minimum purchase: USD $1
- Credits received: 200 Product Import Credits
Once purchased, your credits remain available in your account until they are used.
When Are Credits Deducted?
A single Product Import Credit is deducted only after a product has been imported successfully.
If a product cannot be imported—for example, due to invalid product data, platform limitations, or temporary import issues—no credits are deducted.
Note
Credits are charged only for successful imports, so unsuccessful import attempts do not affect your available credit balance.
