The Bulk Actions feature allows you to manage multiple products at once, helping you save time when maintaining your product catalog.
You can perform the following actions directly from the Outlink dashboard.
Bulk Delete
The Bulk Delete action permanently removes the selected products from your catalog.
What Happens?
- Removes the selected products from your catalog.
- Deletes the associated Outlink configuration for those products.
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Warning
Before using Bulk Delete, ensure you have selected the correct products. Once deleted, the products and their associated Outlink data cannot be recovered.
Bulk Export
The Bulk Export action allows you to export your products into a CSV file for backup, reporting, or bulk editing.
What Happens?
- Exports your products and their Outlink information into a CSV (.csv) file.
- The generated file is available for download once the export is complete.
- The exported file can be used for reviewing product data or preparing future bulk updates.

Export Format
Products are exported as a CSV (.csv) file that can be opened using spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Bulk Delete is Permanent
Deleted products cannot be restored through the app. Consider exporting your products before performing a bulk deletion if you may need the data later.
