The Detailed View provides a comprehensive dashboard to help you monitor and manage inventory for duplicate SKUs. It allows you to view location-wise inventory, identify mismatched stock levels, and update inventory across all products sharing the same SKU from a single place.
How to Restock Inventory
1. Open the Inventory Page
Launch the Flo SKU Sync app and navigate to the Inventory page.
2. Select Detailed View
Click Detailed View to display the inventory management dashboard.
3. Choose What to Display
Use the filter dropdown to select the inventory data you want to view.
Show All Duplicate SKUs
Displays all products and variants that share duplicate SKUs, including location-wise inventory quantities.
Show Duplicate SKUs with Mismatched Inventory
Displays only duplicate SKUs where inventory quantities are different across products, making it easy to identify inventory inconsistencies.
Show All SKUs
Displays every SKU in your store, including both duplicate and unique SKUs.
4. Review the Inventory Table
Review the inventory information displayed in the table.
The table shows:
- SKU
- Location-wise inventory
- Duplicate products and variants
- Inventory mismatches (when applicable)
5. Update Inventory
Click the dropdown arrow beside the desired SKU to expand its inventory details.
Enter the new inventory quantity for each Shopify location.
6. Save Your Changes
Click Save.
The app will automatically update the inventory across all products and variants sharing the same SKU.
