Before You Begin
- Log in to your Spreadr dashboard with the account owner or billing admin.
- Have your updated credit card or payment details ready.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the Spreadr dashboard from Apps > My Apps in your BigCommerce control panel.
- Go to Account > Plans.
- Click Update Payment.
- Enter your new payment details and save.
Expected Result
Your updated payment method is saved and will be used for the next subscription renewal.
Tips
- Update billing details at least a few days before your renewal date.
- Confirm your plan tier under Account > Plans if you also want to change subscription level.
