You can cancel your Spreadr subscription at any time. There are no contracts, commitments, or cancellation fees. To cancel, simply uninstall the Spreadr app from your BigCommerce store admin.
Before You Begin
- Export Product Links (Optional): If you want a backup of your imported products and their affiliate links, export your product details from BigCommerce before uninstalling the app.
- Check Active Invoices: Because BigCommerce processes app billing, uninstalling the app stops future recurring charges instantly, but any outstanding charges accumulated in the current cycle will appear on your next BigCommerce invoice.
