No. Flo SKU Sync does not currently provide an undo or rollback feature for inventory synchronisation.
If an inventory sync results in an incorrect quantity, you will need to manually correct the inventory.
How to Correct Inventory
You can update inventory in either of the following ways:
- Using Flo SKU Sync – Update the inventory for all duplicate SKUs through the Quick View or Detailed View features.
- Using Shopify Admin – Manually adjust the inventory for the affected product or variant directly in Shopify.
Once the inventory is updated, Flo SKU Sync will synchronise the new quantity across all products and variants sharing the same SKU.
Best Practice
Before making large inventory changes, we recommend:
- Verifying the SKU and inventory quantity.
- Confirming the correct Shopify location.
- Reviewing duplicate SKUs before updating inventory.
This helps minimise the risk of accidental inventory changes.
Note: Flo SKU Sync does not maintain a history of inventory states for rollback purposes. Any incorrect inventory updates must be corrected manually through the app or your Shopify admin.
