This is intentional and aligned with best practices in affiliate marketing. The goal is to drive the affiliate click and redirect the visitor to the merchant site (like Amazon). Once redirected, you earn commissions on any variant the user purchases, not just the one you promoted. Additionally, if the visitor purchases any other item during their session on Amazon, you’ll also receive a commission.
