Manual Mode

In short: You decide exactly when an order should be sent to Amazon FBA.

This mode is ideal if you want to review orders before fulfillment.

How it works

1. Open Shipr → FBA → Orders.
2. Locate the Shopify order you want to fulfill.
3. Select the items to ship.
4. Click Ship with FBA.
   
5. Review the shipment details generated using your current FBA settings.
6. Click Ship with FBA Now to confirm.
7. Shipr sends the order to Amazon FBA.
8. Amazon processes the shipment.
9. Shipr automatically updates the Shopify order status and tracking information.
10. The fulfillment status is visible on the Shipr Orders dashboard.

Auto Mode

In short: Shipr automatically sends eligible Shopify orders to Amazon FBA without requiring manual confirmation.

This is the recommended option for merchants who want a fully automated fulfillment workflow.

How to enable Auto Mode

1. Open Shipr → FBA → Settings.
2. Change Mode to Auto.
3. Click Save.

Whenever a new eligible Shopify order is created:

• Shipr automatically sends the order to Amazon FBA.
• Amazon processes the shipment.
• You receive email notifications for successful or failed fulfillment (if enabled).
• Tracking information is automatically synced back to Shopify.
• Shopify fulfillment status is updated automatically.
• You can monitor every shipment directly from the Shipr dashboard.

Which Mode Should You Choose?

Tip: If your fulfillment process doesn't require manual review, Auto Mode is the recommended option. It minimizes manual effort while ensuring your Shopify orders, fulfillment statuses, and tracking information stay synchronized with Amazon FBA.
