Shopify Risk Levels
Every Shopify order is automatically assigned one of these risk levels:
- Low Risk – Safe to fulfill.
- Medium Risk – Review the order before shipping.
- High Risk – High chance of fraud. Consider canceling or investigating the order.
Auto-Mode Options
Choose how Shipr handles orders automatically:
Ship All Orders
All orders are sent to Amazon FBA, regardless of their risk level.
Ship Low & Medium Risk Orders
Only High Risk orders are paused for manual review.
Ship Low Risk Orders Only (Recommended)
Only Low Risk orders are fulfilled automatically.
Orders marked as Medium or High Risk remain on hold until you review them.
Best Practice
For maximum protection, we recommend selecting Ship Low Risk Orders Only. This helps prevent potentially fraudulent orders from being fulfilled automatically.
