Bulk SKU Mapping via CSV

Overview

By default, Shipr matches products using the SKU on your Shopify store and your Amazon FBA inventory.

If the SKU values are different, Shipr cannot automatically fulfill those products through Amazon FBA.

The Bulk SKU Mapping feature lets you link different Shopify and Amazon SKUs using a CSV file, enabling automatic FBA fulfillment without changing your existing product SKUs.

When Should You Use SKU Mapping?

Use SKU Mapping when:

  • Your Shopify SKU is different from your Amazon FBA SKU.
  • You want to keep your existing SKU structure.
  • You need to map a large number of products at once.

Example

Shopify SKU

Amazon FBA SKU

1056752CS

test-US

Without mapping, Shipr cannot recognize these as the same product.

After mapping them, Shipr will automatically fulfill Shopify orders using the correct Amazon FBA SKU.

How to Bulk Map SKUs

  1. Open the Shipr app.
  2. Navigate to Settings → SKU Map.

Best Practices

  • Ensure all Shopify SKUs already exist in your store.
  • Verify that Amazon FBA SKUs are correct before importing.
  • Avoid duplicate SKU mappings.
  • Use UTF-8 encoded CSV files for the best compatibility.

Troubleshooting

Some products weren't mapped

  • Verify that the SKUs are spelled correctly.
  • Check for extra spaces or special characters.
  • Ensure the CSV columns were mapped correctly during import.

Orders are still not shipping via FBA

  • Confirm that the SKU mapping exists in Mapped SKUs.
  • Verify that the Amazon SKU is active and has available FBA inventory.
  • Make sure FBA is enabled for your store.
