1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Product Data Exporter Pro ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Use of the App
Product Data Exporter Pro enables Shopify merchants to export product information, including product IDs, variants, inventory, options, metafields, and more than 40 product attributes in CSV format.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, Shopify policies, and regulations.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Shopify account.
- Protecting your login credentials.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the data you export.
- All activities performed through your Shopify store while using the App.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
5. Subscription, Billing & Payments
Some features of the App require a paid subscription.
- Billing is managed through Shopify.
- Subscription charges are billed according to your selected plan.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify Admin.
- Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
6. Data & Privacy

Our collection, use, and storage of data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruption, errors, or delays.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thalia Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Use or inability to use the App
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Export errors caused by third-party platform limitations
9. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if:
- These Terms are violated.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
- Required by law or Shopify policies.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
