Sync fetches the latest Product prices and Inventory quantities from Amazon and updates matching Shopify products. Only price and inventory change—title, description, images, and other product data stay the same.
Three ways to sync
- Manual sync: Click Sync All on the Product list page to sync all linked products on demand.
- Auto-sync: Enable auto-sync to run a full sync automatically once every 24 hours. Timing varies based on queue size, network speed, and Amazon response times. See Auto-sync.
- Fast-sync: Monitors Amazon orders and updates Shopify inventory every 15 minutes. Activate at Connectr dashboard > Settings > Sync > Activate Fast-sync. The number of SKUs synced depends on your maintenance plan.
Shopify to Amazon reverse sync
FBM-sync: Updates Amazon FBM inventory based on paid orders placed on Shopify. Activate at Connectr dashboard > Settings > Sync > Activate FBM-sync. See FBM-Sync for details.
