FBM-sync is a reverse sync that updates Amazon inventory when paid orders are placed on Shopify. For each line-item SKU in a paid order, Connectr decrements matching FBM inventory on Amazon. Only FBM SKUs linked through Connectr are updated; FBA inventory on Amazon is unchanged.
To activate: Connectr dashboard > Settings > Sync > Activate FBM-sync.
Note: FBM-sync is a paid add-on priced at $6/month for unlimited orders. After a paid Shopify order, Amazon inventory typically updates within 3 minutes and can take up to 15 minutes.
Important: Amazon inventory can also change when orders are placed on Amazon, when inventory is edited in Seller Central, or through third-party apps. Changes can take up to 15 minutes to reflect in Amazon's database. If another update hits the same SKU while a change is processing, inventory can conflict. Manually reconcile FBM inventory regularly, especially for fast-moving SKUs. FBM-sync is a beta feature—report issues by raising a support ticket.
