If Ship with FBA is set to Auto mode, Connectr attempts to ship the Order via FBA as soon as it is created (or marked paid) on Shopify.
You can postpone FBA fulfilment by setting a delay period. After the Order is created on Shopify, Connectr waits for the specified delay before attempting to ship via FBA.
When to use fulfilment delay
- Wait a few minutes for additional Order processing—such as risk evaluation by a third-party app.
- Allow time for third-party apps to add Order tags before Connectr checks blacklisted tags for FBA filtering.
Example: If a fraud-check app adds tags 5 minutes after checkout, set a fulfillment delay of at least 5 minutes so Connectr reads those tags before shipping.
