Before You Begin
- Plan Requirement: Manual sync is available for stores on the Gold plan and above.
- Overwriting Risk: Manual sync updates all product attributes—including Title, Description, Images, and Prices. If you made custom descriptions or changes directly in Shopify, they will be overwritten by the original Amazon data.
Step-by-Step Instructions
To manually sync a product:
- Open the Spreadr Dashboard.
- Search for the product you want to sync in the Spreadr search bar.
- Locate the product in the results and click the Sync button next to it.
Expected Result
- The product's details in BigCommerce are immediately updated to match the current product listing on Amazon.
- All synced images, features, price points, and variant listings are refreshed.

- When to Use: Use manual sync if you notice an Amazon product has changed its description, images, or name, and you want to reflect these changes instantly in Shopify.
