Why We Have This Policy:
The app operates in a multi-tenant cloud environment. If a single store runs an excessive number of consecutive massive updates, it can saturate API request channels and impact execution speeds for other merchants. Our FUP manages usage thresholds to maintain a fast, stable service for everyone.
Usage Limits:
The following limits apply to all Wix stores per monthly billing cycle:
- Maximum Pricing Tasks per Day: 24 tasks
- Maximum Concurrent Tasks: 3 tasks running at the same time
Extenuating Circumstances:
If you are planning a massive catalog update (e.g., updating 50,000+ items for a major store redesign) that might exceed these guidelines, please contact our support team in advance. We can temporarily adjust execution queue priorities to accommodate your update safely.
