Yes. Orders fulfilled through Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). can still be returned, but returns are managed by the merchant, not Amazon.
How Returns Work
When an order is fulfilled via Amazon FBA using MCF:
- Amazon ships the order to your customer.
- You are responsible for handling all return, refund, and replacement requests.
- Customers must return the product directly to you.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, you can process the refund through your Shopify Admin.
Note: Amazon does not manage returns, refunds, or customer support for Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) orders. These responsibilities remain with the merchant.
