Monthly Schedule
Automatically export your product data on a specific day each month.

How to Schedule an Export
- Create a new export task and configure the export fields and product filters.
- In the Run Export section, select Schedule instead of Now.
- Choose your preferred schedule type:
- One-Time
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Select the required date, time, and recurrence settings.
- Click Save to create the scheduled export.
The app will automatically run the export at the scheduled time and send the CSV file to the configured email recipients.
Manage Scheduled Exports
You can manage all scheduled exports from the Scheduled Tasks section.
Available actions include:
- View upcoming scheduled exports
- Edit an existing schedule
- Delete a scheduled export before it runs
- Review schedule details
Important Notes
One-Time Schedule supports scheduling exports up to 2 months in advance.
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly recurring schedules are available on the Pro plan and above.
Scheduled exports use the same export configuration and filters that were selected when the schedule was created.
Export files are emailed to the configured recipients once the scheduled task completes successfully.
Tip: If you regularly export the same product data, using scheduled exports can eliminate repetitive manual work and ensure your reports are always generated on time.
