4. License
Subject to these Terms, Thalia Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App during your active subscription.
5. Fees and Payments
Use of the App may require an active subscription.
- Subscription charges are billed through Shopify Billing.
- Charges follow the pricing plan selected during installation.
- All subscription fees are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.
6. Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate operation under all circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thalia Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Inventory discrepancies

- Business interruption
- Data loss
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without prior notice, if these Terms are violated or for any other lawful reason.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
