Some Amazon items are incompatible with Shopify and cannot be pushed.
Example: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00BEFY75Y has more than 120 variant SKUs, but Shopify allows up to 100 variants per product.
Shopify also supports a maximum of 3 options (size, color, material, etc.). Products with more than 3 options on Amazon cannot be pushed.
