The Clever Variant Images app supports all languages available in Shopify Admin, allowing merchants to use the app in their preferred language for a more seamless experience.
The app interface is localized according to Shopify's localization standards, making it easier for merchants around the world to configure and manage variant images.
What's Translated?
The app translates its interface and settings, including:
- Navigation menus
- Buttons and actions
- Labels and field names
- Settings pages
- Dialogs and notifications
- Core app workflows
The language displayed in the app automatically follows the language selected in your Shopify Admin.
What Isn't Translated?
Clever Variant translates the app interface only. It does not translate the content of your Shopify store, including:
- Product titles
- Product descriptions
- Collection names
- Product tags
- Vendor names
- Metafields and custom store content
- Any other content managed directly in Shopify
To translate your storefront content, you can use Shopify's supported translation solutions or compatible translation apps.
Notes
- The app language follows your Shopify Admin language.
- Browser-based translation extensions (such as Google Translate) may alter the app interface or cause formatting inconsistencies.
- Translation quality may continue to improve with future app updates.
